A 27-year-old man, Philip Frank Panzica, allegedly caught having
s*x on a big wheel in Las Vegas was due to marry a different woman later
that day.
Panzica was arrested after allegedly stripping off and performing a
s*x act in front of shocked tourists on the popular attraction.
The 27-year-old and 21-year-old Chloe Scordianos, whom he had s*x
with, appeared before a court last week after being hauled off the 550ft
High Roller big wheel on the Las Vegas strip.
Panzica himself made the revelation that he was due to marry
fiancée Mistie Bozant on the very day he was caught having s*x in public
but that he discovered she was pregnant with another man's baby.
He told the New York Daily News: "I really do appreciate it and I feel bad about everything.
"The thing that hurts me the most is her kids. I love her babies.”

Stunned customers say they saw the pair n*ked and romping on the
floor of one of the attraction's glass pods. The pair were warned via an
intercom system when tourists and staff noticed them stripping off and
smoking on board the observation wheel.
But security officers say despite the warning they continued to
romp on the floor of the 30-minute ride before being arrested at the end
by police.
The pair have since appeared in court charged with committing sex
acts in public. Scordianos denied the offence and added individuals
should have an expectation of privacy on the High Roller. The pair are
expected back in court next month.
The High Roller, part of the Linq Hotel has stepped up security
following a series of public indecency incidents in recent months.
