The Chairman of the Taraba State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, Justice Musa Danladi Abubakar has ordered that Hajiya Aisha Jumai Alhassan, the APC gubernatorial candidate be immediately sworn in as the governor of Taraba State.
The tribunal sitting at the Appeal Court Headquarters in Abuja on Friday held that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) did not hold a proper primary to nominate its candidate Darius Ishaku who was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) during the election that held on April 11, 2015.
